This is the first election for the 14-member at-large seats in the restructured Coordinating Committee approved at the Oct. 2009 General Assembly.

There were eight candidates running plus the NOC (no other choice) option. Two elections were conducted: three candidates ran in the one-year seat election, and five in the two-year seat election. Two elections were necessary to established staggered terms to elect seven candidates each year in future elections.

The elction was conducted by STV Proportional Representation in accordance with GPCA bylaws 7-1.8, as modified by the 2009 restructuring proposal.

All candidates were elected.
