The Bylaws Committee of the Green Party of California is charged with maintaining the bylaws and rules of the organization and assisting with their amendment or revision.

The Bylaws Committee's current and pending projects are available on its work plan page. An experimental web-based discussion board is now open for discussion of work plan priorities
The GPCA requires that all active counties file their current bylaws with the GPCA Bylaws Committee. County bylaws filed to date are available on the County Bylaws page, along with alternative processes for selecting regional representatives to the Coordinating Committee
