State Caucuses
Caucuses are informal groups that promote a special interest or unique perspective within GPCA.

Other caucuses not already listed here are encouraged to form!
The Green Party encourages and supports its members to form caucuses to promote a special interest, unique perspective, or certain consciousness. Traditionally disempowered groups, in particular, are actively encouraged to form caucuses to help add strength and diversity to the Green Party voice.

The Free Leonard Peltier Causus is working to circulate a petition for signatures to be presented to Pres. Obama at the end of his tenure asking for a presidential pardon for the longest held political prisoner, Leonard Peltier.

Rural Greens Caucus
The Rural Green Caucus of the Green Party of California represents rural issues within the state party, advocates for state action on rural issues, and promotes the growth of the Green Party in rural areas

A Rural Greens Caucus is being formed within the USGP. It currently maintains two email lists:

- A free wheeling, high volume discussion list. It is unmoderated.

- A moderated list for official caucus organization bussiness. Limited to GP members in the US.
