Jim:  In reading the Appendix re the CSFC there appears to be missing 
text on what is now the top of page 32.  The list of statewide partisan 
officers appears to have omitted "Attorney General, Treasurer and State 
Comptroller)" immediately following the words "Secretary of State".  The 
correction would be technical ande administrative and have no change or 
effect to the substantive provisions of any other text in the document.
